Equipment

  • 1 Food Processor

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Carrot Approximately 100g
  • 1 Cup Dry Roasted Almonds
  • 1 Cup Coconut Desiccated or Shredded
  • 10 Medjool Dates, Pitted
  • 1/2 Cup Sultanas or Raisins
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Powder
  • Splash of Orange juice if needed

Instructions
 

  • Place ingredients into your food processor and blend together well
    1 Carrot, 1 Cup Dry Roasted Almonds, 1 Cup Coconut, 10 Medjool Dates, Pitted, 1/2 Cup Sultanas or Raisins, 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Powder, 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • Add a splash of orange juice to the mixture if needed to create a mixture that sticks together
    Splash of Orange juice if needed
  • Roll mixture into balls
  • Roll the balls in extra coconut if desired
