Carrot Cake Bliss Balls
- 1 Food Processor
- Place ingredients into your food processor and blend together well1 Carrot, 1 Cup Dry Roasted Almonds, 1 Cup Coconut, 10 Medjool Dates, Pitted, 1/2 Cup Sultanas or Raisins, 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Powder, 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- Add a splash of orange juice to the mixture if needed to create a mixture that sticks togetherSplash of Orange juice if needed
- Roll mixture into balls
- Roll the balls in extra coconut if desired
