The Mad Millie Fresh Cheese Culture is the ideal culture for soft and fresh cheeses. Aromatic Mesophilic is a freeze-dried, mixed strain culture containing Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris, Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis, Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis biovar diacetylactis and Leuconostoc.
Aromatic Mesophilic is a gas-producing culture, where little air pockets will be observed in the cheese. If gas is not desired, then use the Mad Millie Cheese Culture.
Each sachet contains enough culture for 4 L of milk. Activity = 2.4 U.
