Apple pieces (Malus spectabilis), Hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa), Orange peels (Citrus sinensis), Rosehip peels (Rosa spectabilis), Star anise (Illicium verum), Cinnamon (Cinnamomum aromaticum), Cloves (Syzygium aromaticum), Pimento (Pimenta dioica), Cornflowers blossom (Centaurea cyanus), Red currant natural flavouring.
Directions for use
Place 1 teaspoon of loose leaf in a cup or teapot. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 7-10 minutes for desired strength. Serve hot or chilled with honey or lemon to taste. Serve without milk. Drink 2-3 cups daily.
