Refund policy

We hope you’ll absolutely love our products.

If for some reason you do need to return a product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery of your goods.

Please note: Certain items such as cosmetics and hygiene products are sold on a ‘no returns basis’ so please choose carefully.

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.

Please contact us to discuss your return and to organise your returns authorisation form which must be included with all authorised goods.

Your items must be returned within 14 days, unless otherwise approved by customer service staff.

Shipping items

In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain your authorisation form.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for items returned due to change of mind. If the return is due to an error in order processing or damaged goods, we will cover shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

Items must be properly and securely packed in a strong box.
